Gelegentlich (berufsbedingt) helfen auch Sohn Mathis mit Sonja und Kindern Josua und Lukas, sowie Sohn Franz Johannes mit Sarah-Ann und dessen Tochter Nora, mit.<\/p>\n<p>Die Landwirtschaft umfasst rund 15 ha Grund, wobei 1\/3 auf Ackerland, 1\/3 auf Streuobstwiesen mit rund 500 alten Streuobstb\u00e4umen und 1\/3 Wald, fallen. Zus\u00e4tzlich gibt es noch eine Kleintierhaltung mit H\u00fchnern, Enten und Truth\u00fchnern. Eine eigene Fruchtsafterzeugung rundet unser Bet\u00e4tigungsfeld ab.<br \/>\nUnsere Philosophie besteht darin, die von unseren Vorfahren erhaltene Landwirtschaft nach besten \u00f6kologischen Grunds\u00e4tzen zu bewirtschaften, mit dem Ziel, die Eigenversorgung zu sichern und alles was dar\u00fcber hinaus erzeugt wird, haupts\u00e4chlich ab Hof, in der Region zu verkaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Als wir 2010 auf Biologische Landwirtschaft umgestellt haben, war es ein Anliegen von mir (Fritz) entsprechende Kurse und Seminare zu besuchen.
